Capabilities

We use traditional vacuum forming and plastic fabrication and can make virtually any type of plastic part or case component. We have engineering support for developing, tooling, and fixtures for new products, first article production and also to help with fit and function problems. Our thermoforming machines provide up to a 48" x 80" forming area.

Special Thermoforming for:
• Low to medium production volumes
• Relatively large parts (4" to 48")
• Low to moderate part complexity
• Prototype through early production for high-volume production runs
• Parts subject to frequent change (requiring tooling modifications)
• Low initial investment.
